In short: Toranj Flying Dragon collects no data. Nothing you do in the game leaves your Apple Vision Pro. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Who we are
Toranj Flying Dragon (“the app”) is made by Macrowavers, a team of student developers and designers. It is published on the App Store by publisher’s legal name, who is responsible for this policy (the “data controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can reach us at support email.
What the app collects
Nothing. The app has no sign-in and no accounts, shows no ads, contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code from other companies, and doesn’t connect to the internet. We don’t receive, sell or share any data about you.
What the app uses while you play
To work, the game reads some information on your device as you play. None of it is stored, sent anywhere or shared, and it’s gone when you stop playing.
- Your hands, only if you allow it. visionOS asks you the first time. The game reads where your hands are to let you turn the fruit, chop the pineapple, snap your fingers and steer the dragon. It keeps only the latest position of each hand, in memory, and drops it as soon as you leave the game’s space. If you don’t allow hand tracking, you can still play: taps replace those gestures, and on the ride the dragon flies itself. You can change your choice at any time in the Settings app on your Apple Vision Pro (check the exact path on the headset).
- Your position in the room. The game uses where your head is and which way it faces, so the dragon and the panels can turn toward you. visionOS provides this without asking; the game uses it live and keeps none of it.
- Where you look stays private. visionOS handles your eyes on its own and tells the game only what you tap. The game never sees where you look.
- No camera, no microphone. The game doesn’t use the cameras or the microphone, and it never sees camera images of your room.
- The app icon you choose. If you pick another app icon, visionOS remembers your choice, not the game.
Apple
When you buy and download the app, Apple handles your data under Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device’s settings, Apple may give us anonymous, combined statistics and crash reports about the app. They don’t identify you, and we use them only to fix problems.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
If you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and your message only to answer you. We don’t add you to any list, and we delete the conversation once it’s no longer needed.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and it loads nothing from other websites. It’s hosted by Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Because the app collects no personal data, there’s normally nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If you’ve emailed us, you can ask to see or delete your messages. You can withdraw any permission you gave the app in Settings at any time. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts handling data differently, we’ll update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top.
